Step 1: Obtain your FCC FRN (FCC Registration Number)
First you need a FCC FRN if you don't already have one.<br>Go here and request your FRN:

This only takes a few minutes and you get your FRN number right away.</p>
Step 2: Apply for a New License from the FCC
Use this link to apply for a New FCC License:
https://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsEntry/licManager/login.jsp
Login with your FCC FRN Number and the password you created.
Click on the "Apply for New License" link Under "Select Service" choose "ZA - General Mobile Radio (GMRS)
Step 3: Complete the Application Process and Submit Payment
Complete the application process and submit your payment of $70.
Step 4: Wait for Your License
I submitted mine on 9/26/2020 and will update this post once it's received.
Update: Notification and a link to my GMRS license was received on 9/29/2020, just 3 days after requesting and paying for it.
